Alim Routine 2024 PDF Download: Madrasa board Alim exam routine 2024 has been published. All the candidates who are admitted in the academic year 2022-2023 will participate in the Alim exam as per this exam routine. Alim exam will be held from next 30-06-2024.
So before this the candidates have to collect the admit card and registration card from their madrasa. If there is any mistake in the admit card and registration card, the Madrasa should be informed immediately and action should be taken to correct it before the examination.
About Alim Exam 2024
According to Alim’s schedule, the examination of all subjects and papers will start from 10 am to 1 pm. Thirty minutes prior to the exam starting time, candidates should arrive at the testing facility. Candidates cannot bring and use mobile phones in the center.
Multiple Choice (MCQ) will be conducted at the beginning of the exam followed by Creative (Theory) test. The duration of multiple choice test of 30 marks will be 30 minutes and the time for creative test of 70 marks will be 2 hours 30 minutes. The duration of the 25-mark multiple-choice test for subjects with practical subjects will be 25 minutes. And the time for creative test of 50 marks will be 2 hours 35 minutes.
The schedule of practical subjects is prescribed in the published routine of Madrasa Board Alim Examination. The Madrasa Education Board has directed to complete the practical examination within the prescribed schedule.
Alim’s practical examination will be conducted from 12-08-2024 to 21-08-2024. By 22/08/2024, the officer-in-charge or his representative should submit the practical answer sheet, signature and other documents by hand to the Alim branch of the board. Candidates should find out the date, time and venue of the practical test from the in-charge officer/principal of their respective center.

Alim Exam Instructions:

- Alim exam 2024 will be held in full time and full marks on revised syllabus by NCTB.
- Candidates are required to take their seats in the examination room thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the exam.
- There will be two tests: a multiple-choice exam and a creative/compositional (theoretical) test.
- Candidates should collect their admit cards from their respective Madrasah Heads at least 07 (days) before the commencement of the examination.
- Each candidate shall fill in the circle on the supplied original answer sheet and MCQ- OMR form by duly filling in his examination roll number, registration number, subject code etc. In no way should the answer sheet be folded for writing in the margins or for any other purpose.
- Theoretical, multiple-choice and practical sections must be passed separately in the subjects with practicals.
- All candidates may only appear for the exam on the subject or subjects listed on their registration and admit cards. Under no circumstances will he be allowed to participate in the examination of any other subject.
- Practical and Oral Examinations will be held at own Centre. However, if the central madrasa does not have a science department, the practical examination will be held in the madrasa having a science department.
- Candidates can use general scientific calculator (Non-Programmable) in the exam. Programming calculators cannot be used.
- No one other than the officer-in-charge is allowed to bring and use mobile phones in the examination center. Officer-in-Charge may use normal (non-Android) mobile phones for communication purposes.
- Same notation should be used in theory/creative/multiple choice, practical and oral tests. It is reliable document of exam appearance.
- The oral examination of Qiraat Tartil and Qiraat Hadar of Mujabbid section will be held.
- After the declaration of exam result, application for re-scrutiny can be done online through SMS within the prescribed time of the board.
