RUET Admission Circular 2025
RUET is currently accepting applications for Group B (B.Sc. Engineering, BURP, and B.Arch.) as well as Group A (B.Sc. Engineering and BURP). There are 14 departments with a total of 1235 seats available for RUET Under-graduation Admission. The main application window is open from January 4 to January 14, 2025. Both multiple-choice and written exams are part of the admissions process. Only 24,000 applicants will be able to take the MCQ test on February 8, 2025, out of all the qualified applications. On February 20, 2025, those who successfully complete the MCQ exam will move on to the written entrance exam.

Read the application criteria if you wish to apply to Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology. If you believe you are qualified to complete the application, quickly review all of the requirements.
A minimum GPA of 4.00 is required for applicants to be admitted to this university, and they must pass the SSC or an equivalent exam in 2021–2022.
But in order to pass the HSC and other similar exams, candidates must receive a total of 18.00 points in English, physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and they must do so by 2023 or 2024. They must have a GPA of 4.50 in English but a GPA of 4.50 in math, physics, and chemistry.

RUET Admission Test
The MCQ exam for the pre-selection will be held on February 8. The final written exam for admission will be held on February 20, 2025. The results of the admission exam will be published on March 8. The questions for the admission exam will be prepared from Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and English subjects. It has been informed that the question paper will be prepared according to the 2024 HSC equivalent syllabus.
The pre-selection exam for RUET will be conducted in a 100-mark MCQ question paper. There will be 100 questions and the time will be 1 hour. The final written exam for admission will be conducted in 350 marks for Group A and the time will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. For Group B students, an additional 100 marks will have to be taken. The time will be 1 hour.
The MCQ test admit card is only available for download by those who have been shortlisted and are mentioned among the eligible candidates. Starting on January 25, 2025, the MCQ test admission card will be accessible for download. The writing test admit card will be available for download for candidates who pass the multiple-choice question test and are selected for the final written exam.
